nineLegends: Evolution announced |
Unlike what some of you fat jerks (yeah, that's right, you big fat jerk) may have been thinking, I haven't entirely quit Natural Selection, although I haven't played it in over six months now. What I have been doing, however, is planning my next and last movie, which I'm sure you can guess the name of if you bothered to read the title of this news post. The movie will contain around 10 minutes of ownage, taken from nL's tournament matches in 2006/2007, deliciously synched to some phat beetz. I've put up a Project profile which will be updated... whenever I feel like it basically, so check back once in a while if you're interested in seeing how the movie is progressing. This time I'm aiming to make a movie that'll get noticed outside of the Natural Selection community and certainly be the best NS movie to date, hopefully forever. Stay tuned blablabla.
In preparation for the actual movie, I've been doing lots of testing on resolutions, ingame settings, resampling, color correcting, et cetera. While most of the testing has just been random crap, I have succeeded in making two rather interesting short clips, that I thought I'd share with you (still you, fatty). The first one I made was MrBen is a beast, which is basically me shooting a bunch of bad players on some pub while pretending to be Ben. Don't ask me why. The second one is called Calm down honeybunz and is a lot more refined. You can get a pretty good idea of the quality, although the editing was a one-day hackjob, you can expect to see in nineLegends: Evolution by watching it.
